Reminders:
1. No appointment, no entry.
2. A maximum of 3 persons are allowed per booking slot.
3. Entry/Exit will be at the school gate along Country Club Street.
4. Buyer’s vehicle will not be allowed entry in the school parking except during pick up of big, bulky items.
5. Item is on "AS IS, WHERE IS" basis.
6. Same-day payment terms: Cash, mobile bank transfer or credit card. No reservation of any item/asset.
7. Small items may be brought out of the school on purchase date.
8. An official receipt together with the order slip will be given to the buyers which will serve as school Gate Pass.
9. Lunch break will be observed. Transactions will resume at 1:15 pm.
For the pick-up of bulky items and those that will require dismantling job:
1. Pick up of heavy and bulky items must be scheduled. Send an email to lbass.adc@gmail.com for details and wait for confirmation. Buyers must personally pick up their item/s from the school during office hours, Monday to Friday, within 7 working days upon confirmation of payment.
2. Dismantling costs of Aircon will be on the account of the buyer.
3. 3. LBA Homeowners’ Association Gate Pass fee, if any, will be processed and shouldered by the buyer.
